What can I expect from the event?
Hello Kitty: Beyond Cute is an immersive experience exploring self-reflection and connection with those you hold dear. Centreing on the core values Hello Kitty has always cherished—kindness and togetherness—the event uses light, sound, and interactive features to guide you towards new discoveries.
The venue is split into three distinct chapters: "Calm", "Playful", and "Discovery".
Calm: Step through an illuminated tunnel and take a quiet moment to centre yourself. Enjoy a serving of matcha surrounded by gently shifting immersive visuals.
Playful: Experience the joy of creativity and connection through art walls, interactive games, and a unique piano feature where layering sounds creates rich harmonies.
Discovery: A magnificent Hello Kitty display greets you, adorned with ribbons and messages that bring people together. Here, you can reflect on the insights and feelings gathered throughout your visit, and craft a bespoke charm infused with personal meaning for yourself or a loved one.
As you move through the experience, you will uncover deep-seated notions of kindness, connection, and the meaningful thoughts so easily overlooked in everyday life. Step beyond "cute" with Hello Kitty and embark on a journey to find your own unique discoveries.

This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
It lasts for approximately 60 minutes.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an on-site shop offering exclusive merchandise and other items.
What’s included in the experience?
Your ticket includes a Journey Book, a personalized bag charm, and a matcha drink. Everything is included in the ticket price, so you can enjoy the full Hello Kitty: Beyond Cute experience with no additional purchase required.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please aim to arrive around 5 minutes prior to your start time.
Will food and drinks be available to purchase on site?
Unfortunately, food and drink are not available to purchase at the venue
Will there be any additional dates added?
There are no plans to add further dates for Paris.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, tickets are not sold on-site. However, you can purchase them online via Fever if there is remaining availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, tickets are non-transferable.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and time of your session up to 48 hours before your entry. To request a change, please contact us here, stating your Ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted; please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details. Can I make a group booking?
We offer tickets for a discounted family pack.
2 Adults and 2 Kids for 75 Euros, 5 Euros cheaper than single tickets.
Are press passes available?

Are carer tickets available?
Yes. One complimentary ticket is provided for a carer upon presenting valid proof of disability. Please note that giveaway novelties/free gifts are limited to one set per pair.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
In accordance with local accessibility regulations, certified assistance dogs (including guide dogs, mobility dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted throughout the entire experience area. However, general pets are not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for visitors with visual or hearing impairments?
Please note that certain parts of the experience may not be fully accessible. In addition, braille signage is not available at the venue.
Are strobe lights used during the experience?
Please be aware that this experience features production elements with strong, flashing lights.
